Job Summary

A company is looking for a T3 Technology Support Associate I to provide exceptional service and support to customers in a multi-channel environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide excellent customer service and respond to inquiries via telephone, chat, and email
  • Establish and maintain professional relationships with internal and external customers
  • Utilize product knowledge to offer technical support and troubleshoot the T3 Platform
Required Qualifications
  • High school diploma required; Associate's Degree or higher preferred
  • At least 3 years of experience in a customer service role, preferably in a contact center
  • Ability to acquire new skills quickly and adapt to change positively
  • Working knowledge of G-Suite applications
  • Passion for helping others and providing exceptional service
