Job Summary
A company is looking for a T3 Technology Support Associate I to provide exceptional service and support to customers in a multi-channel environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide excellent customer service by responding to inquiries via telephone, chat, and email
- Establish and maintain professional relationships with internal and external customers
- Utilize product knowledge to offer technical support and troubleshoot the T3 Platform
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma required; Associate's Degree or higher preferred
- At least 3 years of experience in a customer service role, preferably in a contact center
- Working knowledge of G-Suite applications
- Ability to adapt to change and work under pressure
- Passion for helping others and providing exceptional service
