Job Summary
Providing remote support for corporate standard technology products, the full-time Technology Support Associate will conduct hardware and software planning, troubleshoot technical issues, and manage installations and upgrades while collaborating with staff and vendors to ensure service consistency.
Key responsibilities
- Organizes and coordinates activities for installing, deploying, and upgrading technology products
- Manages customer relationships to track service levels and ensures compliance with established procedures
- Drafts and maintains policies, standards, and procedures to document technical processes
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree or 2-4 years of relevant experience preferred
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or a related field preferred
- A+ Certification preferred
- Experience with Networking Technology preferred
