Job Summary
Providing exceptional service and support, the full-time T3 Technology Support Associate II will assist internal and external customers in a remote environment, managing inquiries through various communication channels while maintaining professional relationships and troubleshooting the T3 Platform.
Key responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries via telephone, chat, and email with accuracy and professionalism
- Establish and maintain strong working relationships with internal and external customers
- Utilize product knowledge to deliver effective technical support and troubleshoot customer issues
Required qualifications
- High school diploma required; Associate's Degree or higher preferred
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a customer service role, ideally in a contact center
- Proficiency in G-Suite applications, including Gmail, Google Docs, Sheets, and Drive
- Ability to multitask and navigate various programs while providing superior service
- Strong organizational skills with a focus on accuracy and detail
