Job Summary
Providing exceptional service and support in a remote environment, the full-time T3 Technology Support Associate II will manage customer inquiries across multiple channels, ensuring timely and accurate assistance while fostering strong relationships with both internal and external customers.
Key responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries via telephone, chat, and email, delivering clear and professional assistance
- Utilize product knowledge to troubleshoot and provide effective technical support for the T3 Platform
- Establish and maintain professional relationships with customers and co-workers to enhance service delivery
Required qualifications
- High school diploma required; Associate's Degree or higher preferred
- Minimum of 3 years experience in a customer service role, ideally in a contact center or multi-channel environment
- Working knowledge of G-Suite applications, including Gmail and Google Docs
- Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and provide superior service under pressure
- Strong organizational skills with a focus on detail and accuracy
