Job Summary

Providing exceptional service and support in a remote environment, the full-time T3 Technology Support Associate II will manage customer inquiries across multiple channels, ensuring timely and accurate assistance while fostering strong relationships with both internal and external customers.

Key responsibilities
  • Respond to customer inquiries via telephone, chat, and email, delivering clear and professional assistance
  • Utilize product knowledge to troubleshoot and provide effective technical support for the T3 Platform
  • Establish and maintain professional relationships with customers and co-workers to enhance service delivery
Required qualifications
  • High school diploma required; Associate's Degree or higher preferred
  • Minimum of 3 years experience in a customer service role, ideally in a contact center or multi-channel environment
  • Working knowledge of G-Suite applications, including Gmail and Google Docs
  • Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and provide superior service under pressure
  • Strong organizational skills with a focus on detail and accuracy
