Job Summary
Providing exceptional service and support in a remote capacity, the full-time T3 Technology Support Associate II will assist internal and external customers with inquiries through various communication channels while maintaining professional relationships and ensuring timely responses.
Key responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries via telephone, chat, and email, ensuring accuracy and professionalism
- Utilize product knowledge to troubleshoot the T3 Platform and provide effective technical support
- Establish and maintain professional working relationships with customers and co-workers to facilitate support requests
Required qualifications
- High school diploma required; Associate's Degree or higher preferred
- Minimum of 3 years experience in a customer service role, ideally in a contact center environment
- Working knowledge of G-Suite applications, including Gmail and Google Docs
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task effectively
- Ability to adapt to change positively and learn new skills quickly
