Job Summary
The full-time remote T3 Technology Support Associate II will provide exceptional service and support to internal and external customers, managing inquiries through various channels and maintaining professional relationships while troubleshooting the T3 Platform.
Key responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries via telephone, chat, and email in a timely and professional manner
- Utilize product knowledge to offer effective technical support and troubleshoot issues related to the T3 Platform
- Establish and maintain professional relationships with customers and co-workers to enhance service delivery
Required qualifications
- High school diploma required; Associate's Degree or higher preferred
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a customer service role, preferably in a contact center or multi-channel environment
- Working knowledge of G-Suite applications, including Gmail, Google Docs, and Sheets
- Ability to multi-task and navigate various programs while providing superior service
- Strong organizational skills with a focus on accuracy and attention to detail
