Job Summary
To support a growing team, the full-time T3 Technology Support Associate II will provide exceptional service and support to internal and external customers in a remote environment, managing inquiries through various communication channels and facilitating support requests effectively.
Key responsibilities
- Provide excellent customer service by responding to inquiries via telephone, chat, and email in a timely and professional manner
- Establish and maintain professional relationships with customers and co-workers to enhance service delivery
- Utilize product knowledge to troubleshoot and provide technical support for the T3 Platform
Required qualifications
- High school diploma required; Associates Degree or higher preferred
- At least 3 years of experience in a customer service role, preferably in a contact center environment
- Working knowledge of G-Suite applications, including Gmail and Google Docs
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task effectively
- Ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality and professionalism in customer interactions
