Job Summary
Providing exceptional service and support, the full-time T3 Technology Support Associate II will assist internal and external customers remotely by responding to inquiries across multiple channels while maintaining professional relationships and ensuring compliance with company standards.
Key responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries via telephone, chat, and email in a timely and professional manner
- Utilize product knowledge to troubleshoot the T3 Platform and offer effective technical support
- Establish and maintain professional relationships with customers and co-workers to enhance service delivery
Required qualifications
- High school diploma required; Associate's Degree or higher preferred
- At least 3 years of experience in a customer service role, preferably in a contact center environment
- Working knowledge of G-Suite applications, including Gmail and Google Docs
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task effectively
- Demonstrated ability to provide exceptional customer service and maintain a positive demeanor
