Job Summary
Providing exceptional service and support in a remote capacity, the full-time T3 Technology Support Associate II will manage customer inquiries across multiple channels, ensuring timely and accurate responses while fostering strong relationships with internal and external clients.
Key responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries via telephone, chat, and email, providing clear and professional assistance
- Utilize product knowledge to troubleshoot the T3 Platform and deliver effective technical support
- Maintain professional relationships with customers and co-workers while adhering to service standards and company policies
Required qualifications
- High school diploma required; Associate's Degree or higher preferred
- Minimum of 3 years experience in a customer service role, ideally in a contact center environment
- Working knowledge of G-Suite applications including Gmail, Google Docs, and Sheets
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
- Demonstrated ability to handle difficult customer interactions with professionalism and tact
