Job Summary

Providing exceptional service and support, the full-time T3 Technology Support Associate II will assist internal and external customers remotely by addressing inquiries and troubleshooting issues related to the T3 Platform.

Key responsibilities
  • Respond to customer inquiries via telephone, chat, and email in a timely and professional manner
  • Establish and maintain professional relationships with internal and external customers while providing technical support
  • Utilize product knowledge to troubleshoot issues and recommend appropriate solutions effectively
Required qualifications
  • High school diploma required; Associates Degree or higher preferred
  • At least 3 years of experience in a customer service role, ideally in a contact center or multi-channel environment
  • Working knowledge of G-Suite applications, including Gmail and Google Docs
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently
  • Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively in English, both verbally and in writing
