Job Summary

Seeking a full-time T3 Technology Support Associate II to provide exceptional customer service and technical support remotely, focusing on resolving inquiries through various communication channels and maintaining strong relationships with internal and external customers.

Key responsibilities
  • Deliver excellent customer service by responding to inquiries via phone, chat, and email in a professional and timely manner
  • Utilize product knowledge to troubleshoot the T3 Platform and provide effective technical support to customers
  • Manage time effectively to meet productivity levels and turnaround times in accordance with established service standards
Required qualifications
  • High school diploma required; Associate's Degree or higher preferred
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in a customer service role, ideally in a contact center or multi-channel communication environment
  • Working knowledge of G-Suite applications, including Gmail, Google Docs, Sheets, and Drive
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task and adapt to changing priorities
  • A passion for helping others and delivering exceptional service to enhance the customer experience
