Job Summary
Seeking a full-time remote T3 Technology Support Associate II, the ideal candidate will provide exceptional service and support to both internal and external customers, manage inquiries through various channels, and maintain professional relationships while troubleshooting the T3 Platform.
Key responsibilities
- Provide excellent customer service by responding to inquiries via telephone, chat, and email in a timely and professional manner
- Utilize product knowledge to offer effective technical support and troubleshoot customer issues related to the T3 Platform
- Establish and maintain professional working relationships with customers and co-workers, ensuring adherence to service standards
Required qualifications
- High school diploma required; Associate's Degree or higher preferred
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a customer service role, ideally in a contact center or multi-channel environment
- Strong working knowledge of G-Suite applications, including Gmail, Google Docs, Sheets, and Drive
- Demonstrated ability to multi-task and provide superior service in a fast-paced environment
- Exceptional listening skills and a passion for helping others with a focus on customer experience
