Job Summary

Providing exceptional service and support, the full-time T3 Technology Support Associate II will assist internal and external customers remotely by responding to inquiries, troubleshooting the T3 platform, and maintaining professional relationships.

Key responsibilities
  • Respond to customer inquiries via telephone, chat, and email in a timely and professional manner
  • Utilize product knowledge to provide effective technical support and troubleshoot customer issues
  • Establish and maintain professional relationships with internal and external customers to enhance service delivery
Required qualifications
  • High school diploma required; Associate's Degree or higher preferred
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in a customer service role, preferably in a contact center environment
  • Working knowledge of G-Suite applications, including Gmail, Google Docs, Sheets, and Drive
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task effectively
  • Ability to handle difficult customer interactions with professionalism and courtesy
