Job Summary

Providing exceptional service and support, the full-time T3 Technology Support Associate II will assist internal and external customers in a remote capacity, managing inquiries across multiple channels and ensuring timely and accurate responses.

Key responsibilities
  • Respond to customer inquiries via telephone, chat, and email while maintaining established quality and service standards
  • Utilize product knowledge to troubleshoot the T3 Platform and provide effective technical support
  • Establish and maintain professional relationships with customers and co-workers to enhance service delivery
Required qualifications
  • High school diploma required; Associate's Degree or higher preferred
  • At least 3 years of experience in a customer service role, ideally in a contact center or multi-channel environment
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task and navigate various applications
  • Working knowledge of G-Suite, including Gmail, Google Docs, Sheets, and Drive
  • A passion for helping others and providing exceptional customer experiences
