Job Summary
Providing exceptional service and support, the full-time T3 Technology Support Associate II will assist internal and external customers in a remote capacity, managing inquiries across multiple channels and ensuring timely and accurate responses.
Key responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries via telephone, chat, and email while maintaining established quality and service standards
- Utilize product knowledge to troubleshoot the T3 Platform and provide effective technical support
- Establish and maintain professional relationships with customers and co-workers to enhance service delivery
Required qualifications
- High school diploma required; Associate's Degree or higher preferred
- At least 3 years of experience in a customer service role, ideally in a contact center or multi-channel environment
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task and navigate various applications
- Working knowledge of G-Suite, including Gmail, Google Docs, Sheets, and Drive
- A passion for helping others and providing exceptional customer experiences
