Job Summary

Seeking a full-time remote T3 Technology Support Associate II, the successful candidate will provide exceptional service and support to internal and external customers, manage inquiries across multiple channels, and maintain professional relationships while troubleshooting the T3 Platform.

Key responsibilities
  • Provide excellent customer service by responding to inquiries via telephone, chat, and email in a timely and professional manner
  • Utilize product knowledge to offer technical support and effectively troubleshoot customer issues related to the T3 Platform
  • Establish and maintain professional working relationships with both internal and external customers to enhance service delivery
Required qualifications
  • High school diploma required; Associate's Degree or higher preferred
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in a customer service role, preferably in a contact center or multi-channel environment
  • Working knowledge of G-Suite applications, including Gmail, Google Docs, Sheets, and Drive
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task and manage time effectively
  • A passion for helping others and providing exceptional service to enhance customer experiences
