Job Summary

Providing exceptional service and support, the full-time T3 Technology Support Associate II will assist internal and external customers in a remote capacity, managing inquiries through various communication channels and ensuring timely and accurate responses.

Key responsibilities
  • Respond to customer inquiries via telephone, chat, and email, ensuring clarity and professionalism
  • Establish and maintain professional relationships with customers while providing effective technical support for the T3 Platform
  • Manage time effectively to meet productivity levels and service standards while complying with corporate policies
Required qualifications
  • High school diploma required; Associate's Degree or higher preferred
  • Minimum of 3 years experience in a customer service role, ideally within a contact center environment
  • Working knowledge of G-Suite applications, including Gmail, Google Docs, Sheets, and Drive
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and adapt to changing priorities
  • A passion for helping others and delivering exceptional customer experiences
