Job Summary

Providing exceptional service in a remote capacity, the full-time T3 Technology Support Associate II will manage customer inquiries across multiple channels and maintain professional relationships with internal and external clients while troubleshooting the T3 Platform.

Key responsibilities
  • Respond to customer inquiries via telephone, chat, and email in a timely and professional manner
  • Utilize product knowledge to deliver effective technical support and solutions for customer issues
  • Establish and maintain strong working relationships with customers and co-workers to achieve departmental goals
Required qualifications
  • High school diploma required; Associate's Degree or higher preferred
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in a customer service role, ideally in a contact center environment
  • Working knowledge of G-Suite applications, including Gmail and Google Docs
  • Ability to multi-task and navigate various programs while delivering superior customer service
  • Strong organizational skills with a focus on attention to detail and accuracy
