Job Summary

Providing exceptional service and support, the full-time T3 Technology Support Associate II will assist internal and external customers in a remote environment by responding to inquiries and troubleshooting the T3 Platform.

Key responsibilities
  • Deliver excellent customer service through various communication channels, ensuring timely and accurate responses to inquiries
  • Establish and maintain professional relationships with customers and co-workers while managing support requests effectively
  • Utilize product knowledge to provide efficient technical support and troubleshoot issues for the T3 Platform
Required qualifications
  • High school diploma required; Associate's Degree or higher preferred
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in a customer service role, ideally in a contact center or multi-channel communication environment
  • Working knowledge of G-Suite applications, including Gmail, Google Docs, Sheets, and Drive
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
  • Passion for helping others and delivering exceptional customer experiences
