Job Summary
Providing essential technology support, the full-time Technology Support Coordinator will assist Relay constituents with software installation, troubleshooting, and managing support tickets, primarily in a remote capacity within the NYC tristate area.
Key responsibilities
- Serve as the primary point of contact for technology support tickets, resolving issues via email, Zoom, and Slack
- Manage and prioritize the technology support queue, collaborating with senior team members to address and escalate complex problems
- Support onboarding of new employees by providing access to systems and tools while analyzing feedback to improve internal technology processes
Required qualifications
- A bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- Familiarity with ticketing systems and troubleshooting across Windows PCs, MacOS, O365, and Google products
- Ability to manage multiple projects concurrently with support from management
- Strong customer service orientation and collaborative mindset
- Authorization to work in the United States
