Job Summary

A company is looking for a Part-Time Technology Support Specialist.

Key Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot technical issues and communicate with vendors to resolve problems
• Integrate various software systems and maintain advertising platform tags
• Lead the identification, sourcing, and evaluation of new technology solutions

Required Qualifications

• At least three years of experience managing business software (CRM, VOIP, etc.)
• Must have a personal computer and reliable high-speed internet
• Good quality headset and microphone required
• Must speak passable English
• Ability to learn and manage multiple software systems
