Job Summary
A nonprofit organization has an open position for a Telecommute Technology Support Specialist in Austin.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Assisting employees resolve a variety of technology related challenges
- Building and managing desktop, laptop, and mobile solutions for internal staff
- Writing new and updating existing technical documentation
Qualifications for this position include:
- Ability to communicate effectively using American Sign Language
- 3+ years of experience in a corporate IT position
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or related field or equivalent experience
