Job Summary

Providing first-line support in a remote capacity, the full-time Technology Service Center Technician will assist users with technical issues, including password resets and service requests, while documenting solutions and escalating complex problems as needed.

Key responsibilities
  • Answers and prioritizes incoming requests from end users via phone, voicemail, and email
  • Documents technical solutions and escalates issues to Analysts and Senior Analysts when necessary
  • Resolves password resets, printing issues, and provides remote assistance to users
Required qualifications
  • High School diploma/GED or 10 years of relevant work experience
  • At least one year of customer service experience
  • Ability to lift/carry objects weighing up to 25 lbs frequently
  • Capability to perform frequent keyboard use and data entry
  • No specific professional license or certification required
