Technology Talent Sourcer

Job Summary

To support Nordstrom's Technology organization, the full-time remote Technology Talent Sourcer will partner with full-lifecycle recruiters and hiring managers to develop targeted sourcing strategies, proactively engage passive candidates, and build a strong pipeline of diverse technology talent.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with recruiters and hiring managers to understand technology hiring needs and create sourcing strategies
• Identify and engage passive candidates through various channels, including Boolean search and AI-powered tools
• Track and analyze sourcing metrics to optimize outreach and maintain accurate candidate records in Workday ATS

Required qualifications

• 3+ years of experience sourcing for technology roles with a proven ability to build pipelines for technical talent
• Proficiency in recruiting technologies, including LinkedIn Recruiter and ATS platforms; Workday experience preferred
• Familiarity with AI-powered sourcing tools and a curiosity for emerging technology in recruiting
• Strong analytical skills to measure and scale workflows between candidates and hiring teams
• Exceptional interpersonal skills to engage passive candidates and build relationships across the organization
