Job Summary
A company is looking for a Technology Trainer to support attorneys and staff through training and coaching.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide one-on-one training and coaching to attorneys and staff
- Manage and maintain document templates, forms, and training materials
- Assist with onboarding new attorneys and staff and testing new software
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in education, business administration, or a related field
- 2+ years of experience in a training or coaching role
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, SharePoint, and other technology platforms
- Experience in a law firm or legal setting is preferred, but not required
- Ability to quickly learn new software and processes
