Job Summary

A company is looking for a Technology Trainer to support attorneys and staff through training and coaching.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide one-on-one training and support to attorneys and staff
  • Manage and maintain document templates and forms, delivering training as needed
  • Identify training needs and assist with onboarding and testing new software
Required Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in education, business administration, or a related field
  • 2+ years of experience in a training or coaching role
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, SharePoint, and other technology platforms
  • Knowledge of Aderant, NetDocuments, or other document management systems is a plus
  • Experience in a law firm or legal setting is preferred, but not required
