Technology Trainer

Job Summary

To support technology implementations and organizational change initiatives, the full-time remote Technology Trainer will design, develop, and deliver engaging training programs for IT and healthcare professionals, ensuring user adoption and workforce readiness.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain instructor-led, virtual, and self-paced training materials for technology implementations
• Deliver engaging training sessions to IT professionals, healthcare staff, and business stakeholders
• Collaborate with Organizational Change Management (OCM) teams to enhance change readiness and user adoption initiatives

Required qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of technology training experience
• At least 1 year of Organizational Change Management (OCM) experience
• Experience developing curriculum and training content for technology implementations
• Strong facilitation and presentation skills with experience delivering training to diverse audiences
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and common learning technologies
