Key Responsibilities

• Draft, review, negotiate, and translate various agreements for internal and external clients
• Support sales/business teams with contract terms and RFP processes
• Identify and manage contract risks while ensuring compliance with company policies

Required Qualifications

• Juris Doctor degree and licensed to practice law in good standing
• Experience in software licensing within a corporate legal department
• Strong skills in contract formation, drafting, and negotiation
• Ability to identify key risks in transactional situations
• Basic understanding of U.S. software intellectual property law
