Technology Transactions Attorney

Job Summary

To support top tech clients, the remote Technology Transactions Attorney will advise on a variety of technology transactions, handle complex deals autonomously, and maintain collaborative relationships with internal business partners and stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

• Advising corporate clients on a wide range of technology transactions and providing business-oriented advice related to technology agreements
• Managing complex technology transactions in a fast-paced environment
• Building strong relationships with internal stakeholders on complex deals for large tech companies

Required qualifications

• 3+ years of significant technology transaction experience, preferably in an in-house environment
• Experience drafting, reviewing, and negotiating technology contracts with strong issue spotting skills
• Previous in-house experience with a technology company or tech industry client
• Active bar membership in good standing in the state of residence
