Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Counsel, Technology Transactions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Draft and negotiate technology contracts, including various agreements
• Provide legal advice and transaction support involving distributors and technology partners

Required Qualifications:

• 10+ years of experience in a commercial attorney role
• 5+ years of experience in drafting and negotiating technology contracts
• Preferred experience working for a large technology company
• Ability to adapt to business needs quickly
• Strong background in technology transactions and partner/channel experience
