A company is looking for a Technology Transactions Counsel.

Responsibilities:

• Assist in structuring, drafting, and negotiating procurement agreements with a focus on inbound technology practice
• Ensure privacy, intellectual property, and compliance provisions align with company best practices
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure agreements adhere to corporate policies and processes

Qualifications:

• JD and active license in any State bar
• 6+ years of experience in Technology Transactions
• Ability to manage deadlines in a fast-paced work environment
