Technology Transformation Director

Job Summary

Leading large-scale technology transformation initiatives, the full-time Senior Director, Technology Transformation Lead will drive integrated program execution, manage stakeholder relationships, and ensure governance across a multi-year transformation portfolio while operating in a hybrid work environment.

Key responsibilities

• Own and reinforce the vision and strategy for technology transformation, ensuring alignment with executive leadership
• Lead multiple PMO functions, overseeing delivery across teams and ensuring alignment to program milestones
• Define enterprise governance structures and manage program health visibility through standardized processes and reporting

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field
• 10+ years of experience leading complex programs with direct report and matrixed team management
• 6+ years of experience in project management and executing strategic IT programs
• Proven ability to influence senior executives and lead transformation in complex organizations
• Excellent analytical skills for resolving complex problems and issues
