Technology Transformation Principal

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Technology Transformation Principal to support the integration of organizations in the life science and healthcare space.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain a comprehensive implementation plan and timeline for the Salesforce Life Sciences Cloud platform
• Track project milestones, identify bottlenecks, and escalate risks to senior leadership
• Coordinate cross-functional teams and facilitate regular status meetings to ensure alignment and progress

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Project Management, Engineering, or a related field
• 2+ years of project coordination or project management experience with cross-functional teams
• Prior experience supporting mergers, acquisitions, or large-scale business integrations preferred
• Familiarity with technical systems such as Salesforce, ERP, HRIS, and cloud platforms
• Proficiency with project management tools (e.g., Smartsheet, Microsoft Project, Asana, Jira)
