Technology Transformation VP

Job Summary

Driving technology transformation across the engineering organization, the full-time remote Technology Transformation VP will define and manage the transformation portfolio, sequence programs, and ensure accountability for outcomes while collaborating with engineering and product leaders.

Key responsibilities

• Define and own the transformation portfolio, aligning it with the CTO's strategic priorities and operational realities
• Sequence and set outcome targets, maintaining a roadmap with dependencies and measurable milestones
• Hold the portfolio accountable, driving programs to meet targets while supporting execution within engineering domains

Required qualifications

• Proven experience managing concurrent technical modernization programs in complex engineering environments
• Strong technical program management background with familiarity in engineering organizations
• Data fluency, with the ability to define baselines and interpret operational metrics
• Demonstrated capability to establish transformation governance with minimal overhead
• Executive presence and ability to influence senior stakeholders across functions
