Job Summary

A company is looking for a Technology User Enablement Specialist to empower employees in using technology effectively.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and deliver training sessions and resources to enhance user confidence in enterprise tools
• Collaborate on adoption strategies for new technologies and analyze metrics for continuous improvement
• Act as a point of contact for user enablement questions, facilitating knowledge sharing and community building

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Communications, Education, or related field (or equivalent experience)
• 4+ years of experience in technology training, user enablement, IT support, or change management
• Proven ability to build relationships with diverse users, including executives
• Strong working knowledge of enterprise collaboration tools like Microsoft 365 and Zoom
• Ability to communicate complex topics in a user-friendly manner
