Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

• Drive execution roadmaps and innovation strategies using insights and analytics
• Establish governance for technology delivery and prioritize initiatives
• Oversee IT teams, including hiring, training, and mentoring staff

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer science or relevant field; master's degree preferred
• Minimum of ten (10) years of experience in healthcare technology services or IT
• At least five (5) years of leadership experience in technology teams
• Four (4) years of people leadership in a large organization
• Experience in a data-driven organization managing projects and teams
