A company is looking for a TechOps Lead (Healthcare Applications).

Key Responsibilities

Manage operational excellence for technology delivery and production support for healthcare applications
Generate SLA/Operational reports and drive issue resolution and root cause analysis
Prioritize operational events and manage incidents using service management systems

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in a related field
Minimum of 6 years' experience in a production support environment
Strong experience with healthcare payer platforms and service management tools
Experience with SQL and healthcare EDI transactions
Understanding of ITIL practices and software delivery
