TechOps Lead - Healthcare Applications

Job Summary

A company is looking for a TechOps Lead (Healthcare Applications).

Key Responsibilities

• Manage operational excellence for technology delivery and generate SLA/Operational reports
• Drive issue resolution and root cause analysis for incidents in production support
• Prioritize daily operational events and manage incidents using service management systems

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field
• Minimum of 6 years' experience in a customer-facing production support environment
• Strong experience with healthcare payer platforms and service management tools
• Experience with SQL and cloud environments (AWS/GCP) is desirable
• ITIL certification or strong knowledge of ITIL-based operations
