TechOps Supervisor

Job Summary

A company is looking for a TechOps Supervisor to lead a team focused on operational excellence and modernization.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a team, driving the TechOps roadmap focused on product team support and observability modernization
• Enable Change and Problem Management teams to leverage observability tools and improve decision-making
• Oversee implementation and optimization of CI/CD observability pipelines and champion automation of operational procedures

Required Qualifications

• 8+ years in TechOps, DevOps, or SRE roles, with 4+ years in a management capacity
• Strong hands-on experience with tools such as Ansible, Terraform, and AWS
• Deep understanding of observability practices and DORA metrics
• Proven experience in automating operational workflows and scaling solutions
• Experience in large-scale enterprise environments is preferred
