Tele-Detailing Representative

Job Summary

Seeking a full-time Tele-Detailing Representative to conduct outbound calls to healthcare providers, educate them on products, and build relationships, all while working remotely within the United States.

Key responsibilities:

• Conduct outbound calls to healthcare providers and locations, delivering approved product education
• Engage in informative conversations to build rapport and address questions and objections
• Document call outcomes and maintain organized records while meeting productivity and performance expectations

Required qualifications:

• Experience in pharmaceutical or medical device sales, healthcare provider outreach, or inside sales
• Strong active listening and questioning skills to identify needs and barriers
• Ability to explain information clearly and confidently while following established scripts
• Proficiency in managing a high volume of outbound calls with a professional demeanor
• Self-motivated with strong organizational and time-management skills
