Tele-Detailing Representative

Job Summary

To support a healthcare contact center team, the full-time Tele-Detailing Representative will conduct outbound calls to healthcare professionals, educating them about products and building relationships remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct outbound telephone outreach to healthcare providers and other key contacts
• Deliver approved product education and engage healthcare professionals in informative conversations
• Document call outcomes and follow-up activities while managing a high volume of outbound calls

Required qualifications

• Experience in pharmaceutical or medical device sales, healthcare provider outreach, or inside sales
• Strong active listening and questioning skills with the ability to build rapport over the phone
• Demonstrated ability to educate and influence through professional conversation
• Proficiency in managing a high volume of outbound calls while maintaining professionalism
• Self-motivated with strong organizational and time-management skills
