Job Summary
Seeking an upbeat and self-motivated Tele Sales Consultant for a full-time position, who will engage in outbound sales calls to acquire new commercial customers with annual revenues of $500,000 to $4 million, utilizing consultative selling skills to recommend American Express solutions.
Key responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to business owners and engage in phone consultations to assess their needs and recommend appropriate products
- Maintain extensive knowledge of American Express products and effectively communicate their features and benefits
- Manage the pipeline of prospective customers while continuously seeking to improve selling skills and adhering to company compliance standards
Required qualifications
- Experience in inside sales with a focus on outbound calls
- Proven track record of building and maintaining business relationships
- Familiarity with cold-calling environments
- Financial and business acumen, with knowledge of various sales cycles
- Ability to navigate multiple digital platforms and tools effectively
