Job Summary

Seeking an upbeat and self-motivated Tele Sales Consultant for a full-time position, who will engage in outbound sales calls to acquire new commercial customers with annual revenues of $500,000 to $4 million, utilizing consultative selling skills to recommend American Express solutions.

Key responsibilities
  • Make outbound calls to business owners and engage in phone consultations to assess their needs and recommend appropriate products
  • Maintain extensive knowledge of American Express products and effectively communicate their features and benefits
  • Manage the pipeline of prospective customers while continuously seeking to improve selling skills and adhering to company compliance standards
Required qualifications
  • Experience in inside sales with a focus on outbound calls
  • Proven track record of building and maintaining business relationships
  • Familiarity with cold-calling environments
  • Financial and business acumen, with knowledge of various sales cycles
  • Ability to navigate multiple digital platforms and tools effectively
