Job Summary
Leading a team of consultants, the full-time Tele Sales Manager will drive customer growth through strategic sales planning, coaching, and performance management while ensuring compliance with company standards.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve business goals and targets
- Coach and onboard new Tele Sales consultants to enhance team performance and growth
- Manage performance reviews and collaborate with specialized sales teams to identify cross-sell opportunities
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree preferred
- 3 to 5 years of experience leading a sales team, preferably in a call center environment
- Experience in a highly regulated financial industry is highly preferred
- Proven ability to partner with clients across various markets and industries
- Demonstrated track record of performance management and team motivation
