Job Summary
To drive customer retention and growth, the full-time salaried Tele Strategic Expansion Manager will proactively engage with prioritized clients, manage a portfolio of high-potential accounts, and develop tailored solutions to enhance customer spend, all while ensuring compliance with company standards.
Key responsibilities
- Manage a portfolio of large accounts, tracking opportunities and client interactions in the CRM database
- Develop account-specific value propositions and utilize consultative selling to foster long-term partnerships
- Identify growth opportunities and navigate the sales cycle to achieve incremental revenue from existing clients
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree preferred
- Minimum of 3-5 years of sales experience, preferably in a B2B or highly-regulated industry
- Experience in a cold-calling environment is a plus
- Familiarity with AI tools or technologies preferred
- High learning agility and a collaborative mindset
