Job Summary

A company is looking for a Clinician Support Specialist Tele Triage, PT Remote.

Key Responsibilities

• Support clinical providers by preparing documentation and managing patient triage
• Communicate with patients and families regarding care updates and new orders
• Perform medication reconciliation and document triage notes for Tele Triage visits

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

• High School Diploma or equivalency
• Certified Medical Assistant degree is a plus
• Typing speed of 45 words per minute or greater
• Medical Scribing experience preferred
