Tele Triage Clinician Support

Job Summary

To support an integrated model of holistic care, the part-time remote Tele Triage Clinician Support will manage clinical documentation, perform medication reconciliation, and ensure effective communication with patients and providers.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare clinical documentation and encounter notes for acute Tele Triage visits
• Perform medication reconciliation and enter lab and imaging results into patient charts
• Communicate effectively with patients and families regarding care transitions and updates

Required qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Certified Medical Assistant degree is a plus
• Typing speed of 45 words per minute or greater
• Medical scribing experience preferred
