Tele Triage Clinician Support

Job Summary

To support a network of healthcare providers, the part-time Tele Triage Clinician Support will manage clinical documentation, assist with medication reconciliation, and facilitate communication with patients and families in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare clinical documentation and complete basic encounter notes for acute Tele Triage visits
• Perform medication reconciliation and document triage notes for care coordination management services
• Check communications regularly to address patient needs and inform them of recent visits and new orders

Required qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalency
• Certified Medical Assistant degree is a plus
• Typing speed of 45 words per minute or greater
• Medical scribing experience preferred
