Job Summary

A company is looking for a Telecase Coordinator II (Bilingual).

Key Responsibilities:

Support patient engagement through triaging clinical calls and providing customer service support
Process authorizations for various medical services and equipment
Facilitate communication between different teams for effective care coordination

Required Qualifications:

3 years of experience as a medical or nursing assistant in relevant environments
Certified Medical Assistant (CMA) or Certified Nursing Assistant
Proficiency in a second language (Mandarin, Cantonese, Vietnamese, Korean, or Khmer)
High proficiency in handling sensitive patient data (PHI)
Strong analytical and critical thinking skills
