Telecom Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Telecom Analyst responsible for managing billing invoices and telecom costs.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze vendor invoices, create and process rebilled invoices, and identify discrepancies for potential savings
• Investigate telecom usage charges and prepare month-end activities, including reconciliations and accruals
• Resolve queries related to invoices and payments, and maintain a telecom inventory database

Required Qualifications

• Associate's Degree required
• Experience in Telecom Expense Management and/or Accounts Payable preferred
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel; knowledge of PowerPoint and Word
• Understanding of Telecom, particularly cloud services like AWS
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment
