Telecom Auditor

Job Summary

Working remotely in a full-time capacity, the Telecom Auditor III will manage multiple audit projects, including vendor billing discrepancies and performance evaluations, while conducting financial analyses and reporting findings to clients.

Key responsibilities

• Audit vendor invoices against contracts and internal tools to identify billing discrepancies
• Lead reviews of vendor performance reports to address service interruptions breaching contractual agreements
• Report monthly spending trends and propose new audit projects for cost-saving opportunities

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree (B.S/B.A) and 5 to 8 years of related experience or equivalent combination of education and experience
• Experience with telecom auditing and expert-level Excel skills, including pivot tables and vlookups
• Self-starter with the ability to manage projects independently and as part of a team
• Ability to demonstrate good judgment in selecting methods for problem-solving
• Strong networking skills with senior personnel in the area of expertise
